Jack Strange — Flat Reverie
File under — performance

With two closed eyed performers sat next to each other with flat screen monitors in hand, Jack Strange’s work Flat Reverie evokes a dreamlike scenario of memory and loss through a disjunctive conversation and a mixture of both appropriated and captured video.

Presented at MK Gallery, Milton Keynes as part of ‘Symposium’, alongside works by Dave Charlesworth, Jack Brindley & Tim Dixon, Luke McCreadie, Tristam Vivian Adams and Zac Gvi. This performance could be thought about in relation to conversation, documentation, lecture / talk and narration.
